1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the erigo4 online betting platform accessible at https://erigo4.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the erigo4 platform.
• "We", "Us", or "erigo4" refers to the operator of this platform and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the erigo4 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a game, sports event, or other betting market offered on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in your erigo4 account for placing bets or requesting withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the erigo4 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Eligibility

To register an account and use the erigo4 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one account on the erigo4 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are prohibited from registering or placing bets. erigo4 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts of users from restricted territories.

4. Account Registration

To place bets on erigo4, you must first create a user account by completing the registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address.
• Create a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Verify your identity by providing government-issued identification (such as a KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address when requested as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.

erigo4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or misleading information, or that fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until full KYC verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

erigo4 supports a wide range of deposit methods tailored to Indonesian players, including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000, though individual payment methods may have higher minimums as specified on the deposit page.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where a delay occurs, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• You must deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and your account being suspended.
• erigo4 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 15–60 minutes during standard business hours (Western Indonesia Time / WIB). The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your erigo4 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will be declined.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• You must wager (turnover) your deposited amount at least 1× (one time) before requesting a withdrawal. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all deposits.
• Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6 below. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met.
• erigo4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawal processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or scheduled bank maintenance periods.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

erigo4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to all verified erigo4 account holders aged 21 and above. Some promotions may be restricted to specific player segments, game types, or time periods.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms and typically ranges from 10× to 40× the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, sports bets contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and some games (such as roulette or low-risk betting strategies) may not contribute at all. • Bonus Abuse: erigo4 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting systems designed to exploit low-risk wagering, or any other activity that undermines the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be in play at any given time. If you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, you cannot claim a new bonus until the previous one is either completed or forfeited.
• Expiration: All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the erigo4 platform are governed by the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where the event is void or canceled by the platform.
• The maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by game type, betting market, and your account status. Bet limits are displayed on each game or betting market page.
• erigo4 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly bets suspected of being placed using insider information, collusion, or other fraudulent methods.
• In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or technical glitches), erigo4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on erigo4 covers a wide range of events including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and more), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Sports betting terms specific to erigo4:

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market rules (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a later date, bets will typically remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours. If the event is canceled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets will be void and stakes refunded.

9. Limitations of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless erigo4 from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Account Termination

erigo4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false information, creating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• We suspect that you are underage, using a stolen identity, or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• We detect unusual betting patterns, collusion, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to dormancy fees as notified by email.
• You request account closure or self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures are subject to a 7-day processing period to allow for any pending transactions to be finalized.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
